456 Washington Street
BKSK is proud to join the ranks of distinguished architects tapped by The Related Companies to continue burnishing their brand. Our design for the 11-story, 160,000 sf multi-family structure reflects the dual nature of its site. West Street, with its sweeping views and shoreline park, is now home to notable modern structures. Washington Street, one block inland holds many robust, venerable masonry industrial structures, now filled with classic TriBeCa lofts. This building offers the best of both. The glass and metal crown of its quiet brick Washington Street facade gradually comes to the fore, resulting in a dynamic Hudson Riverfront.
