This notice provides highlights of the Full Privacy Notice that currently applies to BKSK’s collection and use of information from any device used to access or connect to the Site using an Internet browser. In general, the purposes of the Site include to provide examples of our work and information about our firm.

BKSK collects Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) about you directly from you. We do not use targeting cookies.
We do not sell or share your information with others for advertising purposes. We use a third-party software as a service vendor called Mailchimp to manage our emailing to Site visitors who request information.
We do not use your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) to advertise our goods or services to you, other than in response to a request from you for information. We do not share your PII with third parties so that they can advertise goods or services to you. The time periods for which we retain your PII depend on the purposes for which we use it. BKSK will keep your Personal Information for as long as we have a legitimate and lawful purpose to do so. The information we collect may be stored and processed in servers in the United States and wherever BKSK and our service providers have facilities around the globe.
This Site does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under thirteen (13), do not send any information about yourself to this site. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided Personal Information, we will immediately delete the child’s personal information.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)

(F) Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.

(H) Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
(I) Professional or employment-related information.
(J) Education information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g; 34 C.F.R. Part 99).
(K) Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
PII does not include publicly available information. For purposes of this definition, “publicly available” means information that is lawfully made available from United States federal, state, or local government records. “Publicly available” does not mean biometric information collected by a business about a consumer without the consumer’s knowledge.
PII does not include consumer information that is deidentified or aggregate consumer information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”)
Non-personally identifiable information is every kind of information except for Personally Identifiable Information.
Personal Information is both PII and NPII.
