A former warehouse building originally constructed in the early 20th century in the Arts & Craft style was converted into a contemporary commercial space in the historic Meatpacking District. The transformation includes the renovation of the existing three story building as well as a three-story addition, to create a 45,000 sf office space.

A new articulated glass and aluminum curtain wall complements the existing brick façade of the building shell. The dimension of the new curtain wall bays and the use of projecting stone sills reference the proportions of the existing window bays of the original warehouse. A dark bronze woven metal mesh is incorporated into the glazed units at the spandrels and below sill height, adding warmth to the new façade. The design received Landmarks Preservation Commission approval and was completed in 2021.
