This prominent 110,000 square foot commercial tower on the western end of Chambers Street rises head and shoulders above its immediate neighbors, and affords some of the most spectacular views among the next generation of residential developments. We reinforced the existing industrial character of the building to create distinctive, graciously proportioned living spaces. The original setback design of the structure allows for the majority of units to include exterior terrace or balcony space. A new 17th floor is made possible by a strategy of bulk relocation and mechanical penthouse space conversion.
