Introducing Linea at 428 West 19th Street — a collection of 32 boutique condominiums by BKSK Architects, located beside the High Line in West Chelsea. Thoughtfully designed to maximize light and views, residences overlook a lush treetop canopy, with many offering Juliet balconies or private outdoor spaces that extend living outdoors. The full-floor penthouse features expansive interiors, a 400-square-foot terrace with outdoor kitchen, and a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances, a Wolf induction/gas cooktop, and dual wine coolers. The two townhouse residences offer exceptional privacy and spaciousness, with sliding glass doors opening directly onto verdant gardens. Each includes a fully integrated Miele kitchen, Wolf induction/gas cooktop, and an outdoor gas grill — creating a seamless flow between indoor living and landscaped outdoor retreat.

BKSK’s warm, understated palette unifies Linea’s architectural expression. Antique bronze–hued metal panels articulate the facade’s corner return, giving way to weathered linear brick detailing and a welcoming, human-scaled presence at street level.
