Located in Chelsea, 142 West 21st Street is a 80,000 SF, thirteen story, 21-unit residential condominium. The luxury building will house residences ranging from two to six bedrooms, topped with a duplex penthouse. The proposed residences will feature custom kitchens, home offices, marble bathrooms, spacious living areas with fireplaces, and private balconies and terraces. Currently in progress, the project’s anticipated completion date is slated for Summer 2026.
