Located in Chelsea, 142 West 21st Street is an 80,000-square-foot, thirteen-story residential condominium with 22 residences. BKSK led the architectural and interior design of the project, organizing the building around a collection of two- to six-bedroom homes and a duplex penthouse.

The residences are designed around clear, flexible living spaces with an emphasis on natural light and connections to the outdoors. Interiors incorporate custom kitchens, home offices, marble bathrooms, fireplaces, and generous living and dining areas. Many residences extend to private balconies or terraces, providing additional outdoor space within the dense urban context.

Currently under construction, 142 West 21st Street brings together the building’s architecture and interiors as a cohesive residential environment within the Chelsea neighborhood.
