Hudson River Tennis Club

BKSK designed the 55,000-square-foot Hudson River Tennis Club at 300 Vesey Street as a Lower Manhattan destination for high-performance athletics and member-centered hospitality. Four indoor tennis courts, a members’ lounge, and a fully equipped fitness center are brought together within a cohesive architectural environment.

Organized to promote intuitive circulation and efficient movement, the layout allows members to transition seamlessly between training, relaxation, and social spaces. Sightlines across the courts enhance both play and spectating, while the spatial composition balances active and communal areas. The result is an environment that fosters athletic performance while maintaining a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere.
