The Monarch is a residential development located on the Hoboken Waterfront. BKSK designed the interior design of the building’s lobby, yoga room, corridors, and individual units. Coastal & Contemporary: Living Elevated is the conceptual theme of the interiors, reflecting graceful and sublime references to the ocean and boat design. The interiors evoke opulence and sophistication almost as if the residents are living on a yacht. Our team put a heavy emphasis on organic silhouettes, softened architectural edges, contemporary nautical palette and materials, and elegant industrial-inspired details.
