The Olnick Organization

Close collaboration between Peter Pennoyer Architects and BKSK Architects, 201 West 77th Street was reimagined for The Olnick Organization. Undergoing a full renovation, with occupied units during construction, the 150,00 sf building, now named The Laney, transformed from a historic Emory Roth designed building with original units, to a modern luxury rental with pre-war layouts, larger living spaces, new lifestyle amenities and completely renewed building systems.
