Prospect Development

An architectural presence anchors North 6th Street, where The Sixth introduces a contemporary residential building informed by both European urban traditions and Williamsburg’s industrial past. Located at the intersection of Kent Avenue and North 6th Street, the building is conceived as a durable addition to the neighborhood’s evolving waterfront edge. Its architecture reinterprets elements of Williamsburg’s industrial lineage through a composed façade, carefully considered proportions, and a material palette that emphasizes texture, craft, and longevity.

Inside, the residences are organized around clear planning, access to natural light, and a restrained selection of materials. The interior architecture focuses on durability and clarity rather than overt expression, creating spaces intended to support everyday living over time.

Positioned near Domino Park and the East River waterfront, The Sixth sits within the active urban fabric of North Williamsburg while offering a quieter residential environment connected to the neighborhood’s public spaces and cultural life.
