This afternoon, we (virtually) sat down with Equity by Design‘s Rosa Sheng to chat about job satisfaction and talent retention within the architecture profession, including the importance of career development in improving satisfaction. The chat’s participants also reflected on their own career obstacles, and shared a variety of resources for both women and men who are currently facing “pinch points” in their career, regardless of experience or seniority level.
