300 East 50th Street Topping Out!

We enjoyed a wonderful celebration on Thursday, May 30th, for the topping out of our newest project at 300 East 50th Street. Developed by MAG partners this new multi-family building will be 30% affordable housing units. Todd Poisson even said a few words at the event!  If this is any indication we are looking forward to the building’s completion party.
