142 West 21st Street Topping Out

We celebrated the Topping Out at 142 West 21st Street, a two-story parking garage that is being expanded into a 13-story multi-family residential building in Chelsea, Manhattan. From planning to plans, from renders to reality, we’re excited about the progress the team is making and the milestones we’re achieving.
