BKSK’s newest principal, Harpreet Dhaliwal

With a key role on many of BKSK’s most respected institutional projects, Harpreet exemplifies our passion for implementing design excellence in public spaces, including visitor centers, parks and playgrounds. Her commitment to a multi-stakeholder decision-making process perfectly aligns with our overall approach, in which we envision civic and cultural projects as a truly collaborative process.

Below is a preview of two works-in-progress being shepherded toward completion by Harpreet.

Minnewaska State Park Visitor Center, Kerhonkson, NY
The Minnewaska State Park Visitor Center will develop a connection between the ecological system of the site and the new building – creating a dynamic environment that can evolve over time.

Battery Playscape, Lower Manhattan
Battery Playscape, a 1.5-acre playground designed with an intentionally flexible framework, supports open-ended play informed by the local ecology.
