525 6th Avenue Topping Out

We celebrated the topping out of our multifamily project on 6th Avenue at 14th Street, a 13-story residential building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. The 145-foot-tall structure will span 123,000 square feet and yield 71 condominium units and ground-floor commercial space. We cannot wait to share more updates as the project continues.
