Gansevoort Row Wins a 2022 SARA | NY Design Award

Our project, Gansevoort Row is a 2022 SARA | NY Design Award winner in the Adaptive Reuse and Renovation category! This award celebrates Gansevoort Row which is characterized by a combination of intervention types – restoration, addition, and new construction – that clarify, revive, and interpret the Gansevoort Market Historic District’s varied character. The block-long redevelopment for Aurora Capital Associates is a significant addition to this thriving commercial area and has transformed the pedestrian experience at the terminus of the High Line and near the Whitney Museum of American Art.
