Celebrating Ethan Feldman and Yi Yan — Now Licensed Architects!

Join us in celebrating Ethan Feldman and Yi Yan as newly licensed architects! This milestone reflects years of hard work, talent, and dedication to design, and we couldn’t be prouder to have them as members of the BKSK team.

Yi is actively involved in the design of a luxury high-rise in Hoboken, NJ, and the Queens Public Library Master Plan, while Ethan’s portfolio includes the ongoing St. Luke’s Mission Building in Greenwich Village, a Manhattan Tennis Club, and the recently completed Surrey Hotel and Residences.
