Hoboken Urby Breaks Ground!

Designed by BKSK and developed by Urby and Ironstate, this nearly 420,000-square-foot residential building will introduce 345 rental apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, along with over 17,000 square feet of retail space at the base. The façade features floor-to-ceiling glazing set within a grid of earth-toned panels. A two-story retail corner will include pocketed terraces, and the ground level will be wrapped in tree-lined sidewalks and lush planter beds. At the heart of the site is a stepped landscape with outdoor seating and cascading garden beds. Completion is slated for 2027. Stay tuned for more progress updates!
