2022 Hudson County Planning Board Smart Growth Award

Our yet-to-be built project in Hoboken, 250 Observer has been awarded a 2022 Hudson County Planning Board Smart Growth Gold Award.

250 Observer is a new resiliently designed 405,000 GSF residential and commercial mixed use development located in Hoboken, NJ. Sitting on Observer Highway between Willow Ave and Park Ave, the building design features 360 residential units (40 affordable), nearly 30,000 SF of commercial space, 151 indoor parking spaces, an amenity garden terrace, and a welcoming, civic scaled raised entry plaza which allows all residential spaces to be above the flood design level of Hoboken’s southern edge.
