Partners Todd Poisson and David Kubik presented at this year’s Zak World of Façades conference, sharing how thoughtful façade design can bridge past and present. Their talk explored two case studies—The Village West at 525 6th Avenue and The Twenty Two New York Hotel at 16 E 16th Street—illustrating how contemporary materials, detailing, and craft can honor a neighborhood’s historic fabric while introducing a fresh architectural identity.
