50 Ninth Honored with SARA National Award for Adaptive Reuse & Historic Preservation

A man and woman pose and smile at an elegant banquet event, standing near dining tables with seated guests. The venue has tall columns, arched windows, and decorative flooring. Event bags reading National Design Awards are visible.

Blending historic character with contemporary design, 50 Ninth has been honored with a SARA National Design Award for Adaptive Reuse & Historic Preservation. The nine-story renovation and expansion revitalizes two landmark buildings and adds a modern infill structure featuring new office space and a dynamic outdoor terrace. Partner Todd Poisson accepted the award at this year’s Awards Gala in Washington, D.C. Our thanks to SARA for a wonderful event.
